Upon inspection of the device, I noticed the type of scuffs and scratches that happen with normal use. The device has noticeable scratches. The front of the device has noticeable cracking (see picture # 1). The display has noticeable scratches. All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition.

I was able to power on the device with an in-house power supply (10-17VDC connected to the power terminal using alligator clips). I was able to test the display to be working. I was able to test the buttons working as I was able to navigate through the menus and adjust settings.

I was able to test the internal speaker to be working. Product is in working condition. No Power supply, antenna and other accessories are included.
