Excellent example of this classic wide angle lens from Leitz for use on their M3 rangefinder camera. Optics to actual lens are clean and clear.

Focus is smooth, and the aperture is smooth and clean. Unfortunately the goggles that are required to focus on an M3 have got some internal fungus that may or may not clean out. We have mounted the lens on an M3 and the fungus does not affect focusing. Of course, it won't affect the lens performance either, though we have to concede that it does affect price. We normally sell this lens for 1250 GBP, so grab a bargain.
