Leica Leitz Summicron-M 90mm f/2 E55 M-mount [Near MInt] from Japan. Very minimal scrathes or wear. This is about the appearance of the lens or camera body only. As show in the pictures. The lens body shows almost no scratches or dirt.

The front cap and lens case are both genuine, but are slightly larger in size. The lens glass appears clear as far as the naked eye can see. However, because it is an old lens, there appears to be some dust and very light fungus when strong light is passed through it. None of this will affect the photography.
