If there any problems with dispatching your order within these timeframes we will contact you. If that is the case, your tracking information will be sent to you on the day of dispatch. Also, please be aware that it can be very useful for a courier driver to be able to call you if they cannot find your property. We know that from time to time things go wrong. When they do, we always put them right.

With second user items (used / pre-owned) there may be signs of use - marks / scuffs / scratches / residual dust etc - this is cosmetic and to be expected. These do not effect the functionality of the product.
If a product shows signs of excessive use, these details will be shown in the listing. Most of the images are of the actual product for sale. However for listings where there are multiple products for sale will only represent what is being offered for sale. It will be an accurate representation - same condition, part number etc. We do also use some of our stock photos.
