Carl Zeiss Jena Pancolar Auto DDR 50mm f1.8 MC M42 mount lens. Really nice condition, focus is just a bit stiff but this will even out with use, aperture action is smooth and snappy, no scratches, rust or fungus. There are a couple tiny flecks of dust. Made in German Democratic Republic (DDR). Comes with front and rear lens cap.
This lens has a great reputation for being very sharp with excellent bokeh and with a. Really nice compact size is great as a standard/normal lens on full frame or a great portrait lens on a crop sensor. This lens can be easily adapted to full frame or crop sensor cameras like Sony NEX, Micro Four Thirds (m43), Canon EOS M, Samsung NX, Panasonic Lumix, Sony Alpha, Nikon DX, Olympus OM, Pentax Q, Fujifilm FX, etc..... With an appropriate adaptor (not supplied).
